The Masterclasses Hub within Starbuck Academy is designed to provide deep, structured professional development through 20 in-depth learning experiences, each taking about 2 hours self-paced or 4 hours as a facilitated session. Unlike shorter tools, templates and quick resources available elsewhere in the Academy, these masterclasses offer comprehensive exploration of critical leadership, coaching and organisational development topics.
Each masterclass is designed to move participants beyond theory into practical mastery, combining research, proven frameworks, real-world coaching conversations and structured reflection to ensure learning translates directly into professional practice.

How your learning time adds up
Each masterclass takes about 2 hours when you work through it on your own:
- Reading the masterclass workbook: about 40 minutes
- Completing its interactive exercises, reflections and coaching questions: about 55 minutes
- Writing your personal action plan: about 15 minutes
- Completing the knowledge check: about 10 minutes
Total: about 2 hours per workbook masterclass. The four-part Imposter Syndrome video series takes about 1 hour, making 39 estimated learning hours across all 20 masterclasses. When a workbook masterclass is run as a live, facilitated session with your team, it takes about 4 hours.
Who designed it
These masterclasses were designed by ICF credentialed coaches at Starbuck & Associates, led by Paul Starbuck, our Founder and CEO and an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC). They are developed with the help of AI and written and reviewed by our coaches, and each one is reviewed regularly to keep it current.
