Our guarantee
- If you are not satisfied for any reason, tell us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the price you paid in full.
- You do not need to give a reason, although we would welcome your feedback so that we can improve.
- The guarantee applies whether or not you have started the programme.
How to claim
Email hello@starbuckassociates.com within 14 days of purchase with your name, the email address you used at checkout and the programme you bought. We will confirm receipt within 2 working days and make the refund to your original payment method within 14 days of your request. Your access to the programme ends when the refund is made.
Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are covered by the same 14 day guarantee from the date of first purchase and from each renewal date. You can cancel a subscription at any time before it renews. After the 14 days, the current year is not refundable and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Purchases by organisations
Where an organisation buys places or licences by proposal or invoice, the cancellation and refund terms in that agreement apply.
