Starbuck & Associates is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion in everything we do. We want every learner, client, colleague and associate to be treated fairly and with respect. This policy reflects our duties under the Equality Act 2010.
Our commitment
We do not discriminate against, harass or victimise anyone because of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation. We also aim to treat people fairly whatever their background, working pattern, location or level of seniority.
Access to our programmes
- Starbuck Academy programmes are open to any adult aged 18 or over. There are no entry requirements based on personal characteristics.
- Prices and terms are the same for everyone, and are shown clearly before you buy.
- Our online programmes are self paced and available worldwide, so people can learn around work, caring responsibilities and time zones.
- We make reasonable adjustments for disabled learners. See our Disability Discrimination and Accessibility Policy.
Marketing and content
- Our marketing is written to be inclusive and does not exclude or stereotype any group.
- Examples, case studies, images and video presenters in our programmes are chosen to reflect a range of people, roles and sectors.
- Programme content is reviewed before publication, and at least once a year, for inclusive language and fair representation.
Our people and associates
Everyone who designs, delivers or supports our programmes is expected to follow this policy. Our coaches, facilitators and associates have equal access to development opportunities, and work to the ICF Code of Ethics.
