Sexual Harassment Policy for Suppliers and Associates

At Starbuck & Associates, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all individuals we engage with, including our employees, clients, partners, suppliers, contractors, and associates. We take a zero-tolerance stance on sexual harassment, and we expect the same commitment from our clients, partners, suppliers, contractors, and associates in all interactions with our company and our people.

Purpose

Our Sexual Harassment Policy aims to ensure that everyone connected to our business, whether directly employed or working with us as a third party, is treated with dignity and respect. Sexual harassment, in any form, is unlawful under the Equality Act 2010, and we are committed to preventing it in all areas of our operations. This applies to all work-related interactions, whether in our offices, during business travel, virtual meetings, or company-sponsored events.

Our Expectations

We expect all clients, partners, suppliers, contractors, and associates working with us to adhere to the highest standards of behaviour, including refraining from any form of sexual harassment. This includes, but is not limited to:

   •   Verbal Harassment: Comments, jokes, or conversations of a sexual nature.

   •   Non-Verbal Harassment: Inappropriate gestures, displaying suggestive materials, or sending explicit messages.

   •   Physical Harassment: Unwanted contact such as touching, hugging, or inappropriate advances.

Reporting and Addressing Issues

We encourage any clients, partners, suppliers, contractors, and associates who witnesses or experiences sexual harassment while working with us to report the incident to our team as soon as possible. Reports can be made verbally or in writing, and you can contact us through our confidential email: hello@starbuckassociates.com. All reports will be handled with discretion and addressed swiftly, following our internal investigation procedures.

Consequences of Misconduct

Any form of sexual harassment by a clients, partners, suppliers, contractors, and associates will result in immediate action. This may include termination of contracts or partnerships, banning individuals from our premises, or reporting incidents to the appropriate authorities, including the police.
