A thinking partner for between your coaching sessions
This hub connects you to the Starbuck & Associates AI Coach, an AI thinking partner for the space between your coaching sessions. It asks questions rather than giving answers, helps you examine your own reasoning, and holds you to the next step you choose.
Learning Outcomes
By using this hub, you’ll be able to:
- Work through one question in four stages: say what you want, think it through, decide one step, and take it away
- Hear your own reasoning out loud, and be pushed back on where it does not hold up
- Leave with one concrete next step, written in the form when this happens, I will do that
- Download or copy your notes at the end of the session and decide what to do with them
- Recognise where a conversation with a human coach would serve you better
Most sessions take 15 to 25 minutes, and you can stop whenever you like.
What to expect
The coach asks short questions, one at a time, informed by the ICF Core Competencies our coaches train against. It is not a qualified or accredited coach and it is not a substitute for coaching with one of ours. It is not therapy, crisis support or performance assessment, and it does not give medical, legal, financial or employment law advice or make decisions about you. It can misunderstand you and it can be wrong, so check anything that matters with a qualified person.
Your privacy, and your notes
You are talking to AI, not a person, and nobody reads your conversation as it happens. What you type goes to the AI provider that answers it, and nothing you write is stored on our servers. Nothing is reported automatically to your employer or to your coach. Because nothing is kept, your notes are available only while the session is open, so download or copy them before you close the tab. Before you start, you confirm you are 18 or over and accept the terms of use.
How to get access
Access is free. You register once with your name and email address, and your link to the coach appears on this page. The coach itself is hosted on a separate, dedicated platform and opens in a new tab.
Why we ask you to register
Registering creates your free Starbuck Academy account. It keeps your access to the coach open so you can come back to it, lets us send you a short welcome to help you get the most out of a session, and lets us tell you about the other free resources in the Academy. Signing up for marketing emails is a separate, optional tick at the checkout: your access to the coach does not depend on it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Important information
The AI coach runs on a separate platform with its own privacy notice, terms of use and AI disclosure, which you accept before your first session. It is there to support your thinking between coaching sessions. It does not replace a human coach or professional, medical, legal or financial advice, and it is not a crisis service. Your use of Starbuck Academy is also covered by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
